At Xteese, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re ever dissatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately. Our team is here to resolve any issues promptly. However, there are some rules for returns and refunds, so please read them carefully.

Return & Replacement Policy:

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it as long as your item meets the following criteria:

  • Time Frame: The return must be initiated within 3 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items should not be broken or tampered with.
  • Promotional Items: If the item comes with a free promotional item, the free item must also be returned.
  • Inspection: Refunds/replacements for products are subject to inspection and checking by the Xteese team. Replacement is subject to stock availability with the supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: The Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge will not be included in the refund value of your order, as these are non-refundable charges.

Note: The delivery charge for exchanges must be paid by the customer. If there is a defect or the wrong size was sent by us, we will cover the delivery charge for the exchange.

Reasons for Returns & Replacements:

You may return or replace an item for the following reasons:

  • Product is Damaged, Defective, or Not as Described: If the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • Product Defects: Any defect found in the product.
  • Size Mismatch for Clothing: This policy will only be activated if we send you clothing that mismatches the size mentioned in the invoice. If the invoice and delivered item’s size match, we will not reconsider a refund.
  • Color Mismatch: If the color of the item does not match what was ordered.
  • Wrongly Printed Clothing: This includes front/back design mismatches, incorrect designs, or wrong placement of designs.

How to Return:

Contact Xteese by email or through the mobile number within 3 days of receiving your order.

Once we pick up or receive your return, we will conduct a quality check of the product at our end. If the reason for the return is valid, we will replace the product with a new one or proceed with the refund.

Refund Policy:

  • The refund will be processed after we have completed evaluating your return.
  • Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge will not be included in the refund value of your order, as these are non-refundable charges.
  • If you selected Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no amount to refund since you haven’t paid for your order.
  • You will receive a refund within 7-10 working days. If you do not receive the refund within this time, please write to us at xteesebd@gmail.com and we will investigate.
